Section 04

Payments

All payments for products and services offered by Trimurti Handicrafts are subject to the following conditions:

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Custom and bulk orders require an advance payment of 50% before production commences.
• Payments are processed securely. We accept bank transfers, UPI, and other methods as communicated during the order process.
• A GST-compliant invoice will be issued for all transactions upon confirmation of payment.

Section 05

Project Delivery

Delivery timelines and conditions are as follows:

• Standard delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. Custom handcrafted pieces may require 4–8 weeks.
• Delivery charges, if applicable, will be communicated separately based on delivery location and order volume.
• Risk of loss and title passes to the customer upon delivery. We recommend inspecting goods upon receipt.
• Any delivery discrepancies or damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, images, text, logos, and other materials on the Trimurti Handicrafts website are the exclusive intellectual property of Trimurti Handicrafts and are protected under Indian copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from any of our materials without prior written consent. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trimurti Handicrafts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services.

• Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service in question.
• We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without penalty. After 24 hours, a cancellation fee of 20% may apply.
• Custom or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has commenced. The advance payment is non-refundable in such cases.
• Defective or damaged products will be replaced or refunded upon verification. Claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
